had a pretty long walk to tesco extra last night, long enough to think about going to bed as soon as i got in,
inwhich i did.

It must have only been about half hour, and i had to get up and get something to eat,
i couldn't sleep because i was so very hungry,
understandable as the last thing i'd eaten besides a little ice cream was a quiznos, about 5 hours earlier

ham, swiss cheese, red wine vinigarette, onions mushrooms, chilis italian sauce

very nice

back to work again today, doesn't look like its going to be as sunny as tuesday
don't know if i'll be doing anything this evening, or afterwork,
might see if emma fancies doing something

was thinking about once i'm driving, i'll be looking forward to going out playing football with hamblet and co again, i stopped going as i felt guilty for always having to be come and got,
so hopefully of a weekend i'll be going back out with them
