the night shift this eve is becoming a bit of a strain, i didnt really get to sleep during the day, which i prefer to do before my shift, mainly because of the football,
it was one of the best games i've seen in a while, fucking nerve racking

right now, apart from writing this and doing work, tarrant on tv is on the tv behind me, i'm occasionally turning round and having a look, but some of the stuff on there is putting me off my can of red bull

i sometimes bring in my mp3 dock and listen to some music, but i'm in with dave tonight, his nick name among the controllers is "grandad"
so the music isn't the best of idea as he may chuck a slipper or two at "that bloody noise"
so i'm pretty bored now, i've bought in a beatles book to read, "the rough guide to the beatles"
but because i'm a sad cunt, i know alot of it already, so i dont really want to read it,
