a pretty good start to this morning,
i was able to have a nice lay in bed,
with out waking up
its nice and sunny outside
and my dad had remembered to tape match of the day, so i was watching that

last night was pretty good
other than work
i was off out to the sand martin to meet up with holly and mike
on my way there i was walking past the
treacle mine and decided i better go in and look if they had my mp3 player,
which i probably should have done earlier in the week, as many people had done
luckily they had it, and i now have it back
so
result

when i arrived i met rachel and kim and kim properly for the 1st time,
then short after nathan and emma arrived

i was able to turn up and answer quite a few questions, some that had been lodged in my mind for some reason
like the female priminister in france
or greg normal australian golfer, beatles stamps
etc
anyway

walked home with mike, talked about current situations

went on the computer briefly, and then went to bed

i would have been in harlow today but my meeting got cancleed,
i would have also had been doing an 11 day on the trot week
thankfully i'm not

as predicted, my knee is caining like a bitumin

so then today?
i may re-string sadie,
have a walk, or
who knows
