have a had a good couple of days
work hasn't been to bad,
fratellis last friday was brilliant, especally as roger came on and sung the seeker,
royal albert hall is a great venue too

and went bowling with hamblet, matt and nathan last night,
had some really really close close games
everyone in the 100's
i won 3 of the 4 games, and got a total of 535 points in 4 games, which i was pretty happy with

day off today,
frig knows what i'll do
