what a dog shit day
so much, and so little happened
i had a fucking terrible day today
and for the majority of it, i was in a fuck fowl mood
i felt really tired,
i looked like a cow had just shit me out,
and anger was just pouring out of me
i could have broke bones today
well i couldn't, i say that to show how angry i was,
maybe if i had a tool...

it feels like every where i turn there is a stone thrown at me,
things get said - and words cut deep
i cant help the way i am.
if i get offended quickly, then, I'LL GET OFFENDED VERY FUCKING QUICKLY AND I WILL START SHOUTING LIKE A FUCKING BITCH AND THEN GET REALLY REALLY ANGRY
its shit i know,
but i cant let things go over my head as easier
they seem to bash me in the face before they go over

i could have bitten peoples heads off today if they had spoke to me, but no i have learned, i have learned to switch off,
today, someone said someting, normally i would have got annoyed about it, but no i turned away, thought, fuck it
i mean i'm sure it wasn't noticed that i was hitting the pool balls a lot harder and clentching the cue,

its funny how one of the main reasons why i normally get angry, hasn't really effected me recently, and fucking good job as well, lets hope it stays that way

some of the people that i am closest too, upsetting me in a manner of ways, whether its scowling looks with their eyes, neglegence, un-needed comments, or a freak change in their personality, it all takes its toll

but fuck it, that was today, tere are only a few hours of today left, i'll turn the TV back on tomorrow morning and hopefully all will be well
